Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I love Hubspot! They are always working hard to improve consistently and are easy to use, track and streamline your work to be efficient and productive. With all of the task tools, sequences, templates, meeting links and more, I'm able to work less and accomplish more! I highly recommend Hubspot to all businesses I work with as my preferred CRM!

Pros

  • Love sequences, templates and work flows.
  • Simply integration with Zoom for Meeting and appointments is awesome!
  • Work flows and Deal organization tools are KEY to staying on track!

Cons

  • Let's integrate with Shopper Approved to automate collecting reviews for existing clients. It would be easy with templates and sequences to integrate Hubspot clients and help their businesses grow and succeed. while Hubspot goes above and beyond for them. So many small businesses are manually doing this right now and don't realize there is an easier way.
  • I wish there was a way to automatically have Tasks titled to match the email or phone call their correspond within the title. This way when I am looking at my tasks for the day at a quick glance they don't all just say "Followup with" / For example if my subject line in my email is "Ditch Trustpilot," that could automatically populate into the task title, so that I quickly know that I can call them about upgrading from TP to our service."

  • Time is money and I save a ton of time with automations
  • Great solutions for the whole team
AWESOME! Love it way better than other software solutions. Always adapting, easy to use, high quality, great automation, makes me more efficient
Great experiences with tracking leads, email correspondence, workflow, etc. I honestly love Hubspot and am always impressed with how it works and the new things they are coming out with. I do wish there was an SMS feature though so I could text with clients too. So many people don't answer unknown callers, including me, but a text could capture my attention.
