Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

The ease of use and overall functionality of HubSpot is what I like most. The ability to make small changes that drive a huge impact on our sales and marketing makes HubSpot one of our most valuable tools as an early-stage startup.

Pros

  • Email sequencing
  • Meeting scheduling
  • Sales reporting
  • Pipeline management

Cons

  • I'd love the ability to enroll a contact in a sequence through a workflow.
  • It's how we book 80%+ of our sales meetings
Once you get going it's really easy to learn new things. Plus, the HubSpot academy and resource center can help you figure out things on your own instead of having to reach out to support. For a startup that prioritizes speed this is super valuable.
The ability to see how sales and marketing is working in conjunction. Or, to see where there needs to be more alignment.
Apollo is more of a data source but does have some emailing and sequencing functionality. So, it's not an apples to apples comparrison.
