Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot's CRM to track our deal process in America and Europe. We use it to follow up with potential customers and dealers. We use the tickets to track our service, warranty, and technical support questions.

HubSpot CRM is fairly easy to use and manage. HubSpot's support team is always willing to help out when needed as well which makes the process even better.
This has worked for our company! We use marketing emails to send our contacts our new product releases, and then we are able to enter those potential customers/purchases into our pipeline.
HubSpot CRM's interface has a better look and feels to it. It is easier for our coworkers to find everything.
