Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot to manage my pipeline. I love thé intégrations. Hubspot helps me be able to see if other members of my team are also prospecting a similar account. I am able to add contacts directly from LinkedIn or another database. The sequencing and automation workflows help us communicate effectively with other teams. I am able to see how many people view my emails or click my links. I love thé mobile app!

I have used Salesforce at an early startup and a homegrown CRM at another startup. Hubspot is amazing. Our team can use it from day one. Salesforce required so much work and effort to create a single button. Hubspot is simply more effective and efficient when time is an important factor🤗.
Salesforce allows us to create tickets and communicate with other departments. Our sales and marketing team can identify target regions and help grow a pipeline. We can see who is frequently interacting with campaigns and emails.
Hubspot is simply more user friendly. No need to purchase outreach and an additional marketing tool. We can do so much from within one platform . Not to mention it’s easy to update and edit dashboards unlike Salesforce No need to hire a consultant or a specific person to only edit the Salesforce capabilities.

Hubspot is perfect for teams that don’t have a Salesforce admin or the ability to hire a consultant for this. My team found it quite easy to track data and create new dashboards. It’s great that it also has the ability to sequence your contacts directly from HubSpot. It would be less appropriate for a company that has no sales/marketing outbound functions.
