Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use this system for connecting with prospective students. This system brings me leads and I then can contact them and log their status in the system. I find it very helpful to keep up with students status before enrollment.

  • i would like there to be an easier way to book appts than having to find it on the calendar and hitting the time, would be nice to manuaully enter it easier

I actually enjoy this the most of all the software Ive used as an admissions rep for four years. I particularyl like how students can now book appts themselves and can access the calendar. I also really like how user friendly it is and the auto updates.

it is very useful for managing leads and keeping notes/track of where you are at with prospective students, it may not be suitable for someone not involved in working with clients/sales
