We use HubSpot CRM to organize our customer data and use it for segmentation along with marketing purposes for re-engagement.

It has a nice interface and is very visual. For basic use cases, it works well.
HubSpot CRM is a more premium tool with more capabilities outside of email including social.

Hubspot CRM is good for beginners, it has a really nice interface for easy customer management and marketing. When you start betting more advanced where custom templates and scripts are needed, it is not really the best platform.
