Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot to automate marketing campaigns and monitor all sales activities. Using HubSpot, we can keep track of our leads, deals, and customer interactions in one centralized location. This allows our sales team to easily manage their pipeline, truly understand how they are interacting with each customer/ prospect and close more deals. HubSpot's marketing automation tools also enables our organization to create and deploy targeted campaigns, automate repetitive tasks, and analyze the performance of our campaigns. HubSpot takes the thinking out of the sales process and allows your reps to do a lot more doing.

Pros

  • Sequences - Allows you to plan your work and work your plan- more doing, less thinking.
  • Playbooks - your reps have easy access to flow charts, talk tracks or whatever they may need in any conversation.
  • Dashboards - what can't be measured, can't be tracked.
  • Very customizable

Cons

  • Not a huge fan of the app- but then again, I haven't worked with a CRM that has a good one either.
  • Would like to see more integration with LinkedIn. Example- when I send an inmail to a prospect, why can't HubSpot automatically document that if the LinkedIn URL is inputed?
  • Badger Maps integration.
  • As an organization, we have saved over $300k by switching all of our sales activity/ documentation into one centralized location. Our sales department no longer spends time documenting things multiple times, pulling reports and having to remember what goes where.
The overall usability is right there at the top. The only reason I would give the edge to Salesforce is because of the integration options. They have a lot more to offer at the moment.
The level of precision that we are able to document in a prospects account/ contact allows us to manage what we send to who much easier.

Sales activity is the obvious one. HubSpot works great for us to document calls, emails, and other touchpoints. Automating certain emails that we like to send in the sales process is also a great tool.

From my experience and what I use it for, I don't really see a scenario that HubSpot is unnecessary. The only thing I could think of is i would like to see more integration.
