HubSpot is Good
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot CRM for all of my sales-related needs - organizing/prioritizing my Contacts and Deals, communicating with clients via phone and email, and creating/scheduling all of my daily Tasks.
Pros
- sending automated emails via Sequences
- scheduling my daily (one-time and recurring) phone calls via Tasks
- organizing and prioritizing my Contacts and Deals (based on various captured information fields) for future/current outreach
- simply replaced our use of Salesforce and Salesloft into one system
It's been useful. However, the marketing Workflows should be visible on the Contact and Deal pages, which they are not.
