Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Hubspot is currently used for our sales team to enter customer/client information, contacts, activity/interactions with clients and deals in progress/closed as well as providing a way to keep track of who the client is assigned to from our sales team.
- Creating company profiles
- Creating contact profiles
- Linking company domains to company record
- Training which could show the flow of how information should be entered (eg, sales team were putting in deals using the "Sales", "Deals" dropdowns but didn't realize these wouldn't be automatically tied to a specific company profile.) We found that the flow should be to first create the company profile record and then add the contacts and deals from the company profile screen so all contacts and deals will be properly tied to the company.
