Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
It enables us to organize and communicate with prospects in protected environment. Tracking call and other communication is made very easy with the various integrations that are available with the product. Tracking of deals and opportunities and simple. I have basically learned this tool with very little training and it is easy and intuitive to use.

Cons
- it is based on contact ownership, not company. That is creating cross-over for reps.
- the marketing module is an add on piece rather than being a core feature of the product
- the data that pulls in when you input domain is not always accurate especially phone number
- improved sales rep adoption
