Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use Hubspot to launch sales campaigns with automated emails and sequences to our key sales targets. We are able to evaluate engagement with our marketing materials and understand which users we should reach out to again.
Pros
- Tracking email engagement and link clicks.
- Managing a funnel of sales targets.
Cons
- Clunky interface.
- Sometimes too rigid of a formal.
- The links are not clean and look like they are a virus.
- It led to revenue growth by securing us large enterprise relationships.
- We have had a massive increase in the number of first meetings we get versus managing cold call campaigns ourselves.
We have not used HubSpot for marketing yet but we do plan to switch from Mailchimp for our Marketing outreach to Hubspot.
