Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is our client relationship and correspondence management platform. We also use it for sales pipeline and forecasting management. In my opinion, HubSpot CRM is the best CRM available on the market. It is our single source of truth for client relations and sales management and sales growth.
It enables us to see clearly and concisely where our business is at any given moment and with the dashboards we have set up, any member of our team can see our position at any given time.

  • I would like it to automatically update tasks after calls are made
  • Option to have different call back numbers for calling inside HubSpot CRM
  • In my view, HubSpot CRM has increased the sales teams interactions with our clients by close to 80%
  • For me task management is a no-brainer, I use it all day long and would hate to have to be without it
  • Our team have been offered other sales roles with other companies and the first question they asked the potential employer was "what CRM do you use" and if it's not HubSpot CRM they haven't even considered the change in role.
I have used salesforce, Legrand, Insightly and BPMonline and HubSpot CRM has totally changed my life compared to the clunky, primitive versions that others provide!
Marvelously! The ability to see all activity on one feed per contact, company or deal is awesome and has helped us grow our brand and our sales.
