Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot to track customer interactions, communication, and deals associated with each client. It has helped us organize all of our tasks and avoid letting opportunities fall through the cracks.

  • I can't think of much else. I think upgrading would help us solve most of our issues.

  • clear vision of how to standardize and optimize our sales and customer service.
It took me only a couple of weeks to understand the basics of the platform. From there I constantly learn new things each time I use it but it's not daunting to learn new things. Everything new I have needed to try is easy to test and there are a lot of help articles out there that have helped answer questions I have had.
This has helped to align our efforts for sure but we haven't been able to use the marketing function fully yet. Once we are able to upgrade and when we have a little more people on board we should have no problem using the marketing functionalities with Sales to just skyrocket our growth!
HubSpot is way easier to navigate, customize, and train even the less tech-savvy individuals on our team. It's simple to use and the overall organization is unmatched. It's easy and quick to get where I need to go to find companies and contacts I need to reach out to. It's honestly just an overall joy to use.

It's super easy to use and set up. I will always recommend this CRM at any organization. I use to use Salesforce and that CRM was really complicated. The user experience and ease of use on HubSpot is unmatched.

I think this CRM is best suited for any organization that needs to track customers. From tax consultants to ecommerce sales this is the perfect fit for any company!
