We use HubSpot to track customer interactions, communication, and deals associated with each client. It has helped us organize all of our tasks and avoid letting opportunities fall through the cracks.

- I can't think of much else. I think upgrading would help us solve most of our issues.

This has helped to align our efforts for sure but we haven't been able to use the marketing function fully yet. Once we are able to upgrade and when we have a little more people on board we should have no problem using the marketing functionalities with Sales to just skyrocket our growth!
HubSpot is way easier to navigate, customize, and train even the less tech-savvy individuals on our team. It's simple to use and the overall organization is unmatched. It's easy and quick to get where I need to go to find companies and contacts I need to reach out to. It's honestly just an overall joy to use.
