Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot CRM for all communication with our authors. We send emails, track emails, maintain contacts, deal records, and all stages of a deal. We also book meetings using HubSpot. HubSpot helps us track every deal with an author and create contracts. We enroll leads in sequences which are automated and make our life easier and save time.
Pros
- It tracks emails and email threads like no other CRM.
- It has automated sequences so we have to do nothing and just enrol a lead and HubSpot takes care of the rest.
- It can be linked to the calendar so meetings can be automatically booked.
Cons
- HubSpot will be better if there were more integrations.
- From the price point of view, i Think it could be more reasonable.
- After incorporating HubSpot, out deal cycle has went shorter by 12 days on average.
- We have had cost savings by 25% because we do not have to buy any additional software for mass communication.
It has definitely made it easier as we can track all sales and marketing communications so everyone is on a single page. We can also do reporting to check the performance of each team and identify areas of improvement. We can more easily collaborate through this platform asd well. Overall, it has really improved the alignment.
