Way easier to customize the interface and train new employees than any other CRM I have used. Its user-friendly interface and intuitive design make it accessible to users of all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned professionals. The platform's straightforward setup and navigation streamline the onboarding process, allowing businesses to start using it efficiently right away.
HubSpot keeps us extremely aligned, tasks are tracked, and marketing attribution is easier. Unlike some complex CRM systems that may require extensive training or technical expertise, HubSpot CRM prioritizes simplicity without compromising on functionality. The platform's drag-and-drop customization, seamless integration with other HubSpot tools, and robust customer support further contribute to its ease of use.

Great to use for small companies, there are limits with marketing users which can be a deterrent as you grow. It can get expensive for small businesses adding new features/functionality. But it definitely works well.
