Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot CRM mainly for our sales funnel. From lead generation to closing the sale, HubSpot CRM's features, scalability and easy integration does away with having to maintain multiple databases. Plus, being able to track your tasks, and keep all your meeting notes and appointments really helps in work efficiency and accuracy.

HubSpot CRM can pretty much match up with Salesforce. However there are more integration features with Salesforce versus HubSpot CRM. It does not mean, however, that HubSpot CRM is not as versatile as Salesforce. What I'm trying to say is that Salesforce is more robust. Yet with this robustness, comes the steep price.
