Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot to manage my prospects, leads, and active deals. I find it very helpful for keeping everything in one place and clear chronological history of the lead. I find it very user friendly and easy to keep track of what is currently happening with my leads/deals, what has happened, and what I need to do next.
Pros

- Clear contact/account pages to stay organized
Cons
- Sometimes things aren't easy to find
- My tasks can get buried easily and I wish there was a better way to track them
- Lead/contact pages can be busy
- Better able to manage and track my deals to keep up with them
- Easy visualization of pipeline
- Salesforce Genie, Outreach and Nintex DocGen for Salesforce
I like that HubSpot is all in one platform and provides a more end to end service. I don't have to jump between softwares or solutions to complete one task and instead have it all in the same place. I also find it generally more user friendly than the other solutions such as Salesforce.
