Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot to manage my prospects, leads, and active deals. I find it very helpful for keeping everything in one place and clear chronological history of the lead. I find it very user friendly and easy to keep track of what is currently happening with my leads/deals, what has happened, and what I need to do next.

Pros

Cons

  • Sometimes things aren't easy to find
  • My tasks can get buried easily and I wish there was a better way to track them
  • Lead/contact pages can be busy
  • Better able to manage and track my deals to keep up with them
  • Easy visualization of pipeline
For the most part, I find HubSpot very user friendly and easy to navigate. I have been able to create my own custom reports to keep track of my own deals and leads and am always clear on where each deal stands and what needs to happen next. It is easy to navigate the tool and do what I need to do.
I like that HubSpot is all in one platform and provides a more end to end service. I don't have to jump between softwares or solutions to complete one task and instead have it all in the same place. I also find it generally more user friendly than the other solutions such as Salesforce.

I've used a handful of different CRM tools at this point and find HubSpot to be one of the easier ones. I like that it is a one stop shop in terms of managing and organizing my leads/accounts as well as handling prospecting and outreach and managing that. Previously, I would have to move between tools to handle these different issues, so I like that it all exists in the same space now.
