Our law firm utilizes HubSpot in our client acquisition and client relationship throughout the first half of their customer journey. This includes managing new leads, nurturing existing leads, phone calls via sales, marketing email, automations, lists and so much more. The business problems we address through using HubSpot is getting to leads faster and more efficient, re-marketing/re-targeting, and reporting important KPIs and metrics.
We bring in around 400 raw leads per month with over a third of them being qualified leads that need processes in place. Our scope is vast and we use HubSpot to be our magic bullet in our sales and marketing initiatives.
