Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Our law firm utilizes HubSpot in our client acquisition and client relationship throughout the first half of their customer journey. This includes managing new leads, nurturing existing leads, phone calls via sales, marketing email, automations, lists and so much more. The business problems we address through using HubSpot is getting to leads faster and more efficient, re-marketing/re-targeting, and reporting important KPIs and metrics.

We bring in around 400 raw leads per month with over a third of them being qualified leads that need processes in place. Our scope is vast and we use HubSpot to be our magic bullet in our sales and marketing initiatives.

Everything is perfect, I think the app needs more features and beter navigation. I work on the go a lot or look into leads, I think there should be equivalent ease of access and use on the mobile app as the browser app. I'd love to be able to set up and access workflows via the app
HubSpot is easier to use and is more in-depth than all the rest.

HubSpot is a solution that if your business/company can afford to include it, they should. This is the best CRM you can ask for. I believe truly that HubSpot defines the benchmark of what CRM tools should be. Everything that we use on a sales and marketing basis is covered
