Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is our main platform for work. Here we receive our clients, arrange meetings with them and store their information. Deal system on the HubSpot platform is very helpful, it let`s us to keep track of our work and manage our clients and earnings. The best thing about the HubSpot platform is the ability to keep track of the actions done by other workers. I can see l the work of my colleagues and my manager can also see the work I`m doing so that saves us time and prevents pointless communication. But personally for me the best thing about the platform is the calling ability. If my client misses a meeting I can always call him via HubSpot and the platform saves the call, so I can keep track of my own work and not to forget my clients also because of the note option.

I have not tried many alternative platforms, but I now that ACUTE Attendance for example is a little simpler than HubSpot and it is easier for our technical team to manage the problem, but HubSpot crushes it because your platform provides why more options and abilities than any of your competitors.
