Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot at my organization in our current GTM strategies for our products.

Pros

  • Pipeline Management

Cons

  • Glitches
  • Lists being more intuitive
  • Has allowed us to track accounts and keep records
Overall, HubSpot is intuitive. There are some issues though usually customer support is good.
I was used to Salesforce and HubSpot was picked by my organization. I have become accustomed to using HubSpot and prefer some aspects in it now.
