Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot for all marketing and sales activities. We use HubSpot for email outreach campaigns drip campaigns etc for new client prospecting. Additionally we use HubSpot for record keeping and client information as well as progress on deals with the sales team. It keeps activity of calls and contacts as well as contracts coming up and record notes.

  • the ability for higher output of emails
  • it has been great because we can consolidate multiple tools
  • we were able to save money from previous crm
i find HubSpot to be very easy to use and administer
HubSpot is a lot less expensive and clunky than the other 3 products

HubSpot is great for sales and marketing and helping to marry those two teams . It has great integrations with our phone system and contact center
