Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use is to track our sales and CRM processes.

Pros

  • A great overview
  • Not slow and crashing like Salesforce
  • Makes great reports

Cons

  • It's not so good for project management for f.e. consulting projects or customer implementation
  • It's better to forecast pipeline and keep track of opportunities
Usability is great, especially compared to other tools out there.
HubSpot is user friendly, great overview and doesn't crash. Much better overall.
