Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM at my agency to manage my CRM of client flow - perspective/current/past/alumni, etc. And also manage pipeline wins to understand gaps in service offerings. I use the email HubSpot CRM system but have recently transitioned to flowdesk because I prefer the flowdesk user interface and design. It feels like the flowdesk templates are easily/prerttier. But we still use HubSpot CRM for crm.

  • Time to implement was more than I anticipated
  • The cost ads up quick
  • My team can sometimes feel overwhelmed with all the data it provides
Once you watch some videos in the academy and play around with HubSpot CRM, you start to understand the workflow and user interface better and user experience. Once you have a solid month of using the tool daily you'll feel much more confident in helping others navigate to different parts of the CRM.
We selected HubSpot CRM because it was so many tools in one and felt like the right sized platform for my agency (we are small, just a few folks). The academy and self serve option made onboarding feel easier than I thought. The other tools are mainly email providers, we switched from Mailchimp to HubSpot CRM. We also used Asana in the past.

If someone is looking for a robust CRM I'd highly recommend HubSpot CRM. Although the price can get expensive depending on your contact list size, it's great for having a central database of everything business related. I'm sure there are a lot of tools it has I don't use but I should too! Their academy is also super helpful in learning new ways of working with the system
