Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Our scale up company is using HubSpot CRM mainly for customer and contact info and the complete email marketing outreach our company does. We especially like how it integrates with other tools we use and the ability to track all analytics on our marketing emails. The possibility of creating worklfows is very nice.

  • Some sales tasks are too messy
  • Sometimes hard to gather the correct information / data
  • Improve Excel spreadsheet integrations
  • CTA's on automated emails for events drove registrations a lot
  • Creating events and automated emails helped us drive registrations and attendees, leading into new business
  • The visualization of data made it easier to make good decisions, and improving our ability to hit targets we'd set out
From implementing to having new team members getting started with HubSpot CRM, it all goes very easily. Especially for new team members all the functionality of HubSpot CRM can be overwhelming in the beginning, but they can quickly get up to speed. We really like how we can use the email automation, and especially when we use it to drive registrations to our webinars and physical events. Also the option to get this more visualized helps us to better understand the data. These offline and online events are very important for us, so fixing this has been a game changer.
We felt that HubSpot CRM served us better when we were still a start up, and tailors also very well to scale ups. We felt Monday was a tool more for start ups that wanted a CRM and project management tool at the same time, which wasn't what we were looking for. Salesforce CRM we have considered but we found was more for large enterprises with larger teams.

We started with HubSpot CRM while being a relatively small company with a reletively small marketing team, which focussed on the US and a few EMEA countries. Back than it offered what we needed. A lot was going on back then, which at times was overwhelming. We now have transitioned to a scale up, with a lot more complexity. We now work in most of the EMEA and APAC countries, which brings even more complexity. HubSpot CRM for us matches the different needs at different stages in growth. Very adaptive.
