Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot Marketing Hub

We are a nonprofit institution working in the healthcare field and utilize marketing hub for our marketing email management, forms and surveys.

Pros

  • Email design
  • Segmented list creation
  • Lead gen forms

Cons

  • Social connectivity ease of setup/keeping live
  • A/B testing variable language w/in the same email
  • HubSpot marketing hub has allowed us a more single-source location for tracking our metrics
It is very intuitive and easy to use
The HubSpot Marketing Hub is much easier to use, previews are more accurate, allows for easy preview text. Virtuous is clunky for building out emails and automations.

HubSpot Marketing Hub has allowed me to create integrated surveys and feedback forms that has allowed to connect our process from beginning to end all within the CRM. Makes for easy reporting on our end and a great view of the customer experience.
