Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

I actually have 3 of my companies signed up with Human Interest, all for 401k through Gusto payroll service. The best option to be compliant with 401k for California employees.

Pros

  • ease of sign up process
  • ease of use for employees

Cons

  • I thought it was great and seamless, employees had no issues with it
  • easier to hire having a plan in place
  • employees happy to have the choice to chose
I have had zero issues and quick responses before, during and after the on boarding process.
completely transparent and I did ask a lot of questions which were always answered.
so easy to use
Human Interest was more cost effective to employees and so great to be connected with Gusto
