Indeed is being used by our organization to hire people for different positions throughout the company. Indeed is used in that specific way for example, you post an open position putting a full description of the position so that people looking for jobs can read and simply apply if they like the position right through the application Indeed.
Pros
- Saves your resume so you could apply for jobs with one click
- Finds the best most related jobs for person applying
- Has full description of jobs and spot on contact information with fast replies
Cons
- Indeed can improve by making sure all posted jobs are being updated continuously
- They honestly have everything flowing and do everything great
- Best features is the descriptions used including pay rate
- Fast communication in between applier and employer
- You can write exactly what type of job you are looking for and find it quickly
- You find committed appliers
- Not all appliers fully read descriptions and later complain about job
- Has positively impacted the business by bringing in most of our appliers
Indeed stacks up against these organizations because all 4 are available to find matching jobs near you. I have used all these webs and can sincerely say that Indeed is the BEST one because to does not sugar quote and does not make you doubt anything about the listed job. Indeed gives you a sense of trust when reading the descriptions of what you are applying for.
