Overall Satisfaction with Influitive

We use Influitive as our customer advocacy gamification platform. It allows us to engage with our customers while providing some fun ways to engage and interact.
  • Provide a platform to engage with customers.
  • Provide ideas for campaigns and discussion.
  • Provide a way to gather insight about our products.
  • Customization of dashboards for metrics reporting.
  • SFCD backend is somewhat confusing.
  • Increased social proof.
  • Increased customer engagement.
The team is very responsive and is willing to work with you with whatever questions you have.
Mostly used for customer advocacy.

It is well suited for interaction with customers. There is a steep learning curve in using this platform. If this is not your full-time job, it is hard to see the advantages if you have limited time to interact with the platform.

There is a lot to learn with this platform. If this is not your full-time job, it is hard to use this part-time and get everything out of it that it offers.
