Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
Insightly CRM is used in our organization to keep track of customer relationships, sales, quotes, sample check outs, phone contact, e-mail contact, and more. We use it in the Sales department, as well as the Marketing and Operations departments. The primary business problem it helps us solve is tracking our customer's activity in our showrooms and over the phone.
- Insightly does a great job of storing customer data, including contact information.
- Insightly has a lot of flexibility and customization options.
- Insightly has great pipeline options that allow you to track your customer journey in the CRM app.
- Insightly's mobile app could be designed better for mobile interfaces.
- It takes a while to get Insightly setup in the beginning.
- Training users on Insightly can be cumbersome, the user interface isn't always easy to figure out.
- Insightly has given us better and more quantitative insight into our customer behavior.
- Insightly has enabled us to stay accountable to the goals and objectives set by management.

We considered Microsoft Dynamics CRM, but the cost was higher than we wanted to pay when we were just starting out with a CRM program and learning how to integrate it into our daily workflow and business processes. Insightly was a great choice for us to learn how to use CRM and make the most out of it.
