Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Insightly is really helpful to identify the right market audience for the product. It helps grow customer outreach and provides a great cloud based CRM solution. It helps handles sending emails to cutometers to help engage with wider audience and track KPI metrics to help in process improvement. It helps understand customer preferences really well and map their journey that help identify buying patterns, trends analysis and machine learning to help predict their behavior. This in turn helps create and design impactful events and campaigns and track metrics to see engagement with the customers. This can be done through social media , digital and offline campaigns as well. It is being used by the marketing department and will be scaled to the whole organization. It helped reach to customer and client by targeting them well and ensuring more revenue conversions. It also provided better integration to our clients that ensures better services.

Insightly is a powerhouse as it help create apps for users and help track various metrics without the need to program it and deploy it on cloud. It also help set permission and provide roles based access to users to help access data and utilize that data for their analysis on projects. It ensures great integration to provide a platform to load and store all customer centric data from various sources and help in reporting insights in various formats through tools it can integrate with like tableau, slack.

Insightly cannot store large amount of data as it has limitation of storing large amount of data and that requires a lot of effort. It requires great amount of computation time as well to perform territory and customer segmentation analysis based on algorithm used which leads to delay in delivery of projects.
Excellent support provided to deploy the app across all platforms like mobile, desktop and web and allow addition or deletion of users in quick time. It does not require any physical infrastructure and can be scaled at any level. It can be used across office locations to collaborate among users and help streamline workflow required to work on various projects.
Insightly is well suited for an organization that requires to grow its outreach and has a defined market. It cannot be put into use where people don't know what market to capture and where the product won't perform. It helps create differential strategies for different customer segment to maximize revenues from high segment groups and help streamline and automate the process of performing customer engagement tasks like sending emails, alerts, social media posts and integrate with SAP, databases and warehouses.
