Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We use on a daily basis to check, update and manage accounts for all of our clients on the solar industry. We have dates and information for the whole solar process for each customer, the Insightly keeps it all in one place, in a way all of our agents can see and edit the information, with some restrictions, of course. Insightly is also a great tool for the leaders, in the way that you can track the work other agents are doing on the accounts.
  • Data entry
  • Track numbers and goals
  • Export maps using insightly data to google maps
  • Platform could be faster. It struggles loading things like charts sometimes.
  • A good thing to implement would be a more in depth individual customization. It would be mostly cosmetics, but maybe it would help each user/agent to rearrange things in a way they would be more confident with.
  • It is, as of now, the base of our whole operation on the customer support side. It holds all the info we need, and keeps track of everything we do. It is vital for the company, and it has been effective for everything I have had the need to do so far.
  • It can be a slow platform to navigate through sometimes, and that can upset customers that are in a hurry. However, that is still a valuable asset to the company.
Like previously stated, it is easy to use, and helps us keep track of everything that any agent in the company is doing. It could be cleaner and faster, but it almost flawless as far as I can say. I cannot think of many other complaints I have had since my start on the company, and I also say that taking my agent's opinions into consideration.
It provides a clear enough report so that my supervisors can see what me and my crew are up to. The platform makes it easier to keep track of numbers, but it also helps with some more in depth info, like who made updates on the accounts, and what notes that agent left.
This is my first CRM platform.

From my start on the company, to the point where I advanced on it and had to help other agents, Insightly has helped me keep track of all the things I had to do. It has been a great tool to keep me competitive and effective on my job, and to assist the company's customers on their accounts. It can always be improved in the future, but so far is has been the best CRM tool I have used.
