1- Custom field options are more enhanced in insightly. 2- Integration with google drive and Gmail is in a clear listing. 3- Conversion of leads into the opportunity gets connected with the contact. It helps data stay in line in contrast to having scattered in other CRMs. 4- Adding comments in tasks can be summarized instead of adding notes with deals in other CRMs.
