Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We use for customer relationship management and opportunity management to serve the customers via a defined pipeline. Also, we found it so friendly to keep circulating the tasks within the organization for all the in-time solutions. The data is on-board with a complete history saved.
  • Reports and charts are a quick-go to visulize the statistics.
  • Built-in email feature is very handy. It allows the templates too.
  • Bulk editing while using big data is the most useful addition to the tool.
  • Admin access should be transferrable to some extent.
  • Finance and Marketing features can be added as user friendly for big datas.
  • On-screen record help the lead conversions
  • Reports statistics result motivating the clients
  • Task rotation - Assist saving the lead by tranferring the task to the senior management.
Very user-friendly both for the company and the clients. Our company could not shift to any alternate CRM even after taking the trials.
Putting the task on schedule and getting checked for the reminders received via email, never resulted in any task getting delayed.

This stayed the best for the clients to get a unified follow-ups and updates.
1- Custom field options are more enhanced in insightly. 2- Integration with google drive and Gmail is in a clear listing. 3- Conversion of leads into the opportunity gets connected with the contact. It helps data stay in line in contrast to having scattered in other CRMs. 4- Adding comments in tasks can be summarized instead of adding notes with deals in other CRMs.

1- Using this as a CRM makes the software the best and very comprehensive as compared to the other CRMs in the market.
2- Access levels to keep the team's privacy are a great feature.
3- Report makings give a quick insight into the activity in place.
4- Looking forward to an update adding some calender reminders inside the CRM.
