We have implemented it in order to get the analysis of what is going on in our company. So that we can improve our communications with the customer. Also to streamline the sales process, so that we can get the timely updates about the deal or campaign progress.
Also we sometime use it to send our emails to the customers so that they will be aware about our offers.

- Its integration with multiple softwares
- Sometimes the main pin points are missing in the software which restrict its uses
- Also its limited customization hinders our process
- You should improve the email template by drag and drop feature
- Initial investment is high but it can give us more saving in upcoming years
- Overall lead management has been improved so yes making it more effective tool
- But yes due to lack of advance marketing feature making it less compatible to scale in enterprises.
- Also sometime for non tech people, the learning curve is very poor. There is no proper help or how to videos which can be referred.
It provides us many insights of our lead, and helps us in building customer relationships, also we can now make more personalized email marketing with the customers, but yes due to many features which are missing we sometime feels stuck in the middle of the road. We welcome it for our newbies but for experienced one it require different workflow.
Although the SFMC cost us very high, but we like the platform because it covers everything which we wants. Its different studios and builders helps us to create our own custom emails and automations.
We also like its journey builder and mapping of customer data. Its something which is really awesome.
