We use Intercom to fulfill our customer support and outreach. Our Support team works directly with our customers via Intercom conversations to ask questions, submit bugs, upgrade, and purchase add-ons. We have also integrated Intercom with our website to collect new lead information and start it with our sales campaigns with other apps.

We have connected Intercom directly with our website, and it collects information from new leads and newly created users on our platform. We also connected Intercom with ClickUp, ProfitWell, and Slack using Zapier to transfer important information for Churn reporting, our cancelation process, for notification of failed payments, etc.
