Overall Satisfaction with Intercom

we are able to live chat and screen share with our clients to help with any issues and concerns. Things like candidate reviews and sending emails.

It only takes a day or two for new employees to learn all the amazing features of Intercom and be able to use it on their own to chat and assist our clients. and of course Intercom has amazing customer service. :)
we use it with Upscope to screen share with our clients to onboard them. we also have it linked to our companies help center and blog postings. :) Can't live without Intercom

I love being able to help our clients in live time with any and all of their needs. This is very beneficial for our day to day work. I can't imagine having to do my job without Intercom. We used to take calls non stop every day and now our clients can chat in and our help center can assist with many issues without out us having to make calls.
