Overall Satisfaction with Intercom
We use Intercom for direct customer support. There are various features that help us provide high-value support. Intercom can be directly integrated with Slack, which has been a great help. The Help Center is also solving a lot of problems by narrowing the user knowledge gap. There are various tools to write articles that have been helpful in publishing articles that are visually appealing.

Cons
- There's not much I dislike about Intercom. However, with event-based messaging, I wish there was more flexibility in what users we want to send the messaging to.
- Also, for the Help Center, I wish the articles could be broken out by user-type.
