Overall Satisfaction with Intercom

It's great too to manage all inboxes of your software company. We are using Intercom for more thana a5 years now. I've tried to use similar services but none of the was suitable for us. An important part of the support widget is that you as the operator can initiate the chat rather than waiting user to interact first.

It's very stable and solid in use.
Intercom is best due to widget design, simple of using, no glitch, because of app on mobile (which is crucial for support team)
