Overall Satisfaction with Intercom
I use Intercom daily to support and assist customers having issues with their accounts. With the intercom, I can talk to them in real time with chat and also send them emails. The only problem I have with Intercom is sometimes it loads slowly and it's hindering me from going to chats to other chats.

- We are able to assist our customers and attain all of our business goals and needs to grow more.
The intercom is being used together with our other tool and it works perfectly. It is being integrated with tools that will give more information about our customers and partners accounts.
