Overall Satisfaction with Intercom

Customer live chat, support, and FAQ's.

Pros

  • Live chat - it's the best in the business
  • FAQ pages and integrating into self serve live chat
  • AI

Cons

  • Pricing - it's reallllly expensive
  • Unsure, more of a nice to have at the moment but we likely underutilize it
In my opinion, it's a bit bloated for our use but I get it
It does but I wish it had a much deeper integration with Hubspot. If I could do SMS, calling, live chat, and email all from Intercom (through Hubspot) it would be a dream.
Better on all fronts. Crisp is buggy. Drift is fine. Zendesk is horrific.

Without a startup deal, it would be cost prohibitive.

Small to medium teams might struggle, but otherwise it's awesome.
