Overall Satisfaction with Intercom

The main key Topics in the report section help us identify key issues that render our product insemination. But also, the tag report enables us to understand site problems that go unannounced.

For a person who has never used Intercom, it's very hard to navigate smoothly, as it's complicated, although it's a very useful tool.
Most of the Integration is with Slack, as we want updates on the created customer tickets and bug reports.
Intercom provides a huge range of reports, which makes it easier to work with. It also enables users to integrate it with many third-party Apps, which helps improve customer engagement.

For example, I was very intrigued by the fact that the Hotjar report shows we have good customer acquisition but bad retention. I wasn't aware that Intercom could show where we might have a challenge in terms of site navigation.
