Overall Satisfaction with Intuit Mailchimp

Before we began using MailChimp, our senior center's participants had to come into the program at the start of every month to pick up a printed copy of our newsletter. MailChimp has been a game-changer, enabling the program to expand its reach and keep our members informed of activities and events each month through emails featuring photos in attractive templates and text messages with pre-shortened links sent directly to their cell phones. Mailchimp will also provide reports on the effectiveness of each monthly series. We've been very pleased with the service.
