Overall Satisfaction with Intuit Mailchimp

I use Mailchimp to send out text and emails to my clients. I do newsletters, sales, discounts, updates, and changes to or reminders of policy’s and advise of my availability. It helps keep track of my clients who are signed up for notifications via email and/or text, who has removed themselves from getting notifications, and how many people are opening up the emails. And it also allows me to see how much money I’ve made from an email.

Pros

  • Breakdown of opening vs not
  • How much many I’ve made from an email
  • The rate at which people are unsubscribing within a certain amount of time

Cons

  • The emails aren’t really easy to customize. Takes a lot of time and playing around with to figure it out and I know there are still functions I haven’t been able to figure out.
  • It has helped me with the reports to know where I stand with the % of people opening and making purchases

Not really.
Well, the testing feature sucks as clients will respond to it and I am never notified of this. So I’ve had missed opportunities of appointments
Some parts are a little complicated or take too long to figure out.

I mean it’s basic, email and texting is great. So weekly newsletters and updates within your company.
