Overall Satisfaction with Intuit Mailchimp
I use Mailchimp to help build my mailing list though various forms. I then use the mailing list for email marketing. The program helps me to gain access to a new audience.
Pros
- Easy to design email marketing
- Customizable pop-up and forms
- Great customer support for platform users
Cons
- The pop up form creation tool is not very intuitive. After receiving instruction, it makes more sense, but is tricky to figure out without help.
- Pop-up form covers entire screen. Other platforms offer different sizes.
- SMS subscription should be more customizable for new users.
- Increases of 20+ audience members each month from pop up forms
- Increased site activity from email marketing

These features are helping me gain more audience members for marketing.
I have not yet used SMS marketing as I am still building the database of subscribers.
