We also use it as a main source of truth for our customer information as it is integrated with our ecommerce platform of WordPress, WooCommerce, and Chargebee.

For the price point, Mailchimp achieves everything we need and more. Our most improved process is segmentation that is easy to organize, plan, and execute.
Also, we really like how the workflow automations have SMS capabilities for a very fair price point.

We have found that this is one of our favorite features of Mailchimp because it increases the open rate of our messaging and campaigns. At first, our experience was not good because our initial SMS number was blocked and we were not told why. Yet, we figured out the reason was due to us mentioning job opportunities so we found a workaround and have found great success in giving our users value.
We have not reached the level of scaling up with Mailchimp to give enough feedback on this. Yet, from what we understand in the pricing plans it fits our capabilities of scaling together with the Mailchimp platform.
HubSpot is great for a more advanced business and one that is also looking for more tech abilities in their processes. Also, HubSpot is modular while Mailchimp is all inclusive with their features.
