Overall Satisfaction with Intuit Mailchimp

I use Intuit Mailchimp to send out Marketing emails about two times a week and then also sending four text messages a week to let my customer know we have an auction opening or closing which drives up sales.

the customer input is very easy as long as you follow the template and I have had no issues with this

I’ve been able to upload customers very quickly and efficiently, which makes sending out information to new customers very easy
This is the biggest feature I use. I am able to drive more sales as I can send text messages at the click of a button
As of right now, I’ve stuck to the original tier, but I plan to grow with Intuit Mailchimp. I’m able to do so much with the program that it would be silly to leave it as I scaled my company. I am excited for the coming future
I’ve never had any issues with usability of Intuit Mailchimp except for the customer service aspect which fails on my scale which overall brings down the rating
