Overall Satisfaction with Intuit Mailchimp

Sending reminders to clients via sms

Pros

  • Designing tags to send out to certain groups
  • Easy adding contacts
  • Easy compiling SMS

Cons

  • App is terrible in my opinion
  • I cannot send sms from phone due to mobile formatting
  • Not super user friendly
  • Communication enhancement

I only use the email and sms portions. It’s so nice to be able to send both and keeping tags separate

The best part. Easier communication without group messages. Would appreciate not having a lag in reports but other than that, I love it
I’m very small so it’s been financially possible and I can add more if needed
It is minister friendly and takes time adjusting. It has some quirks that need some fixing like mobile and app accessibility.
I prefer RemindMe but I no longer have access because I’m not a school system.

I had trouble figuring out the reporting system after using sms. They helped get that squared away in no time.
