Overall Satisfaction with Intuit Mailchimp
Intuit Mailchimp is a very user friendly crm/marketing solution for a small to mid sized business. We use Intuit Mailchimp to communicate with existing customers and vendors, and often send newsletters or specials or promotions to both. The reporting and automation features are very good, and it's overall a very solid platform for us.

It's simple, efficient and easy to control and use. Customer outreach has been much more effective and much easier for us since we've adopted this tool. It's encouraged us to do a lot of our own marketing, and to think outside the box.
We use the automation features as needed, and all are very good and simple to use.
It's a set and forget process, and it's helped us to really control our flow of communication to customers and to vendors and other contacts.
We did not select this as we are happy with Intuit Mailchimp and this platform did not seem to be an upgrade for us.
