Overall Satisfaction with Intuit Mailchimp

We use Mailchimp for specialized email campaign outreach, and for large numbers of clients on the same plan that need policy resources and documents. We use it for outreach and for account servicing. It has been easy to set up, and we have found the metrics and deliverability to be exceptional.

Yes, we have seen the email side of things be very successful, hwoever, we have not utilized text and SMS outreach as well or as much as we should be. The feature seems easy to set up and use, but we have a third-party vendor we use for texting that also has great capabilities to send and track.
We have set these features up over time to help with delivering emails at specific times of day in certain time zones.
It has helped with interactions and deliverability to our prospects and clients.
Took a while to set up some content and lists, but once set up it has been easy to use.

For companies that have large batches of email outreach, it is an ideal product and top of the market. I would highly recommend it to help track how emails are being delivered, who clicks or read and interacts with the emails. It also helps with deliverability by helping flag bad emails.
