Overall Satisfaction with Intuit Mailchimp

We use it to manage our Email Campaigns and use Automation to remind customers about purchases they did and to interact with customers who have added products to cart but did not buy those. We do use it for followup email where customers bought our products and are using then we contact them for further offers and upsells. Also, we manage multiple lists of our customers through this platform.

Pros

  • Contact List Management
  • Automation
  • Integration with other SaaS based softwares
  • Provide API which is easy to integrate

Cons

  • It seems a bit expensive as compared to competition
  • Customer support is good but still has room for improvement
  • Their AI feature needs improvement
  • It had a great impact, especially with follow-up campaigns, which brought customers back to our business
  • We could analyse the customers' patterns with email campaign reports they have, which also had a great impact to improve the marketing campaigns, which ultimately resulted in improved revenue
  • The marketing team became so efficient with the use of the page templates for email campaigns, which again was a huge plus and quick to create any campaign
It had a great overall impact, from team efficiency to customer outreach. Its multi-channel capabilities improved our marketing workflows in a way that managing email and SMS campaigns from one platform saved a lot of time and kept messaging consistent. Dashboard which is unified made tracking performance across channels very easy and straightforward.
We used these features extensively across our customer journey. For example, automated trigger-based emails can handle key workflows automatically, and we use them to fire welcome sequences when a new subscriber joins, and most importantly, abandoned cart reminders helped us recover almost lost revenue. Also, automated engagement emails helped us win back in-active customers.
Very, very effective and very helpful in recovering and winning back a lot of revenue.
I don't have big issues using Intuit Mailchimp. It's really easy and has helped us recover lost revenue. Helped us engage with customers who would be gone or long forgotten. It has a very easy to use UI and almost anyone can start using it immediately even if they are not aware of it previously. They have a great customer support as well, it can be slow sometimes, but overall good.
I used Intuit Mailchimp, and I would say other software I used is equally good and competes with Intuit Mailchimp. Well, Intuit Mailchimp's reporting is better, and ActiveCampaign has more affordable pricing, so in the end, it all comes to what you need. What we needed was available in cheaper price in other software as well. But I would definitely say Intuit Mailchimp has its own advantages too.

Do you think Intuit Mailchimp delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Intuit Mailchimp's feature set?

Yes

Did Intuit Mailchimp live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Intuit Mailchimp go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Intuit Mailchimp again?

Yes

For any E-commerce related needs, like you need to see a list of customers who have added products to cart but did not purchase, this can be done really easily, but if your e-commerce provider provides integration, then it is best suited. Most of the systems in the Market provide out-of-the-box integration. Their API is also very easy it can be integrated to any language. You can integrate it into your custom developed system and use the features, like adding customers to specific lists. Also, if your lists become really big, then their system can get a bit slow to respond via API, so you might need a strategy for how you are gonna fetch the data using API.
