Overall Satisfaction with ion interactive
ION Interactive is used by our marketing firm to create effective landing page experiences for our clients. We are able to significantly improve the visitor experience by customizing the experience to the marketing campaign. iON interactive has improved their platform several times over the years we have worked with them. It is reliable and robust and the service is second to none. Their team is responsive and really understands our business needs. I deal with several vendors and iON interactive is by far the most reliable and customer focused. It is my pleasure to recommend them.
Pros
- Customer service and help desk - any issues are addressed quickly.
- Ease of use - the platform is easy to understand, doesn't require a developer to create effective pages.
- We have had considerable success with customized autoresponders to engage visitors.
Cons
- Cost for special projects were prohibitive on a couple of occasions.
- There are multiple features that we don't use. Ongoing training or webinars might help.
- The option to archive campaigns within a client portfolio could be useful.
- Development of lead database through use of forms.
- Additional conversions from autoresponder links.
- Lowered costs for development of landing pages.
We have not found another product that is as robust as ION. Some lack the flexibility to develop landing pages that reflect the clients brand and others don't have the forms and management tools for respondents that we need.
